  • You cannot resell my art;

  • You cannot use my art for resale on products (tattoos, prints, etc...);

  • You cannot repost my art without giving me credit;

  • You cannot remove my subscription;

  • You cannot use/edit my art in AI tools;

  • I may refuse a commission that is outside of my Terms of Service (TOS);

  • I may refuse a commission request that makes me feel uncomfortable;

  • I can share the commission process/outcome to promote my work;

  • I don't work for free, please don't insist;

  • My artworks are made exclusively for your personal use, not for commercial use;

  • If you would like to use my art in another way, please talk to me and only do something with my consent;

  • For international payments, I will only accept dollars (USD$) as currency via PayPal;

  • For national payments (Brazil), I will only accept Brazilian real (BRL$) as currency via PIX;

  • To avoid theft, I only accept 100% of the value before starting to draw;

  • I will refund the full amount, only if I need to cancel your order;

  • I do not provide refunds of any kind.
